Virginia is a music industry consultant from Nashville with decades of experience working as a consultant, talent manager, and live performance coach. While working in the Music Management arena, Cannon hosted a popular weekly Songwriter Showcase for over eight years on Nashville's historic Music Row. Upon moving to Tucson in 2017, she hosted a monthly Songwriter Showcase at Monterey Court for over 7 years in addition to hosting a monthly showcase called Young Superstars featuring emerging singer/songwriter/performers in the 13 to 25 age group. In both Nashville and Tucson, Cannon has earned a reputation as a trusted advocate for performing songwriters and musicians.
Alan Brewer

Alan Brewer is the President/Owner of New Brew Entertainment, a Los Angeles area entertainment production company. Starting in the music business as a touring musician and songwriter, and later moving into the producer's chair, Brewer's broad range of musical experience has had him in the recording studio with many artists including Pete Townshend of "The Who," legendary "Yes" keyboardist Rick Wakeman, Sister Sledge, Rick Derringer, and Clarence Clemons of Bruce Springsteen's "E Street Band." He has produced recording sessions on 3 continents, in 5 countries, in over 50 studios in cities including New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, Boston, London, Manchester, Toronto, and Tokyo!
Bobby Rymer

Bobby Rymer is the owner and general manager of the Nashville based music publishing company, Writer’s Den Music Group. Writer’s Den was originally started in 2007 with Rymer at the helm. Among the cuts secured are multiple songs by Alan Jackson (including the 2013 Grammy nominated song, “So You Don’t Have To Love Me Anymore”), Lindsay Ell, Alabama, Chris Stapleton, Kesha, The Steeldrivers, Lee Ann Womack, Plumb, Ricky Skaggs, Olivia Newton-John, Trace Adkins, Randy Owen and Joe Nichols as well as several cuts by Bonnie Raitt. In addition, the company has landed a number of film/TV placements including numerous songs in the TV show, Nashville. Before joining the publishing side of the business, Rymer was at Capitol Records/ Nashville from 1985 to 1990. Initially starting in the mailroom and then moving to the A&R Dept., he worked with Garth Brooks, Barbara Mandrell, New Grass Revival, Marie Osmond, Kenny Rogers, Dan Seals and Tanya Tucker among others. He is an Alumnus of Leadership Music, class of 2002.
Joshua Rhoads

Joshua Rhoads is a professional guitarist and legendary musician with “Joshua Rhoads Presents”. His history includes being a teacher at the Music Works Community and a member of the Adjunct Facility at PVCC Fine Arts in Phoenix. His credentials include studying at Arizona State University, as well as Eastern Mediterranean University. Accepting the opportunity to study classical guitar abroad, he was the recipient of a full scholarship awarded by the Turkish Embassy and competed to become the 2003 first place winner of the International Guitar Festival and Competition of Northern Cyprus. Joshua is a seasoned and trained classical, Spanish, and Jazz guitarist.
